What is your return policy?

Please contact the store via email for advice before returning. 


For any undamaged products, please return them in the original packaging along with a note stating the order number, date of purchase, and your details, within 14 days of the date you receive the product.  We will exchange it or offer a refund based on the original payment method. The following products are not eligible for a return and refund: all custom handmade items including clothing and reusables unless they are faulty. Proof of faults to be sent to info@floralunadesigns.co.uk

The customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.

How are items sourced?

There are a range of items for sale on our store which includes handmade clothing, up-cycled clothing and dyed items. 

All FloraLuna branded tees, sweaters and tote bags are made from organic cotton and are GOTS certified. 

Up-cycled items are sourced from vintage stores, markets, charity shops or other online selling platforms. All items are as new but any defects are noted in the item description. 

All handmade clothing is made from sustainably sourced cotton fabric, both organic and non-organic. We like to support other UK small businesses and purchase fabric locally or even get exclusive fabric printed locally.

How do i order a custom item?

If you would like to order a custom made item, please contact us via social media or through email. We can discuss what you would like and then you will be directed to place an order via this website to pay for your custom order. Custom orders are non-returnable.

What are the payment options?

You can pay via PayPal or credit/debit card. Payments via credit or debit card payments are securely processed.
